After over a decade in the works, Brown Hill Development has announced an August 5 ground breaking for 205 Race, a ground-up 17-story residential tower on Philadelphia's historic waterfront and adjacent to the Ben Franklin Bridge. This was front-page news in Philadelphia as Gluck Plus's 205 Race will be seen as a critical architectural link that will finally re-connects the historic Old City with the Delaware River waterfront. Volley was proud to work with this team in crafting images for the PR launch campaign that effectively communicate a delicate architectural balance of Old City continuity at the podium levels paired with a floating tower that de-materializes into the sky.
