Long Island City in New York is seeing a renaissance of new residential construction but with limited commercial development; 27-35 Jackson Avenue will be one of the first developments to meet this need.

RKF commissioned Volley Studio to develop this image as a marketing vehicle for envisioning this neighborhood's future.  We developed the facade of this image completely in-house, including an innovative integration of existing diagonal columns as branding opportunities; our starting point included only historical plans, a leasing plan, and an address.

"[Governor Chris Christie] - the Republican governor and presidential candidate appears - in person...and celebrated architect and project master planner Robert A.M. Stern narrates the on-screen series of gorgeous renderings"
- As reported in The Philadelphia Inquirer

Liberty Property Trust has announced a $1-billion plan to redefine New Jersey's Camden waterfront that includes a comprehensive master plan from the offices of Robert AM Stern Architects.  The master plan covers 16-acres; it will be anchored by two shimmering waterfront towers as part of 1.7-million square feet of new office space, 325 units of housing, and 27,000 square feet of retail and hotel, all connected to the Delaware River waterfront through careful planning for street connectivity.

Volley has been involved with RAMSA in an ongoing effort leading up to this announcement and we are proud to be a part of the team that has been able to bring this landmark project to the public.  (We even have Chris Christie presenting from one of our site photographs!)

Google Breaks Ground on New Campus in Boulder Colorado

Google broke ground on a new campus in Boulder, Colorado.  The building is an exciting moment for this Colorado city; it will be completed in 2 phases with room to house 1,500 new employees, and is slated for completion by 2017.  Volley worked with Tryba Architects to develop a marquee image that tells a visual story linking the new building with the University of Colorado and epic Rocky Mountains in the background; in order to capture this, Volley coordinated drone photography to get the proper aerial perspective and time of day.     (All Images by Volley Studio)
